Of course we are not sure how many avocado slicers there are in the world! Suffice to say that deliciously ripe avocados are notoriously difficult to wrestle out of their skins. Not any more, thanks to this nifty gizmo. All you do is halve your avocado, remove the stone and slide the slicer just above the skin to scoop and slice at the same time. The slicer is made of dishwasher safe stainless steel and the handle is easy-to-grip santoprene (that's a posh word for rubberised!) so it won't slip as you slice.
