We know from our own experience that you can fry a steak in this pan with very little or even no oil at all!

Cleaning: Please note that whilst the Gastroguss range is dishwasher safe this will cause the base of your pans to go dull. This will not harm the pan, however Proleno strongly recommends that you wash these beautiful pans by hand as the quality of them is so good that they take just a moment to wash ensuring they continually look like new. We know from our own experience that it is virtually impossible to burn food onto these pans and a quick wash in warm soapy water has them gleaming again, leaving more room in your dishwasher for other items!
